LDS minimum defaults are preselected. Users may hold multiple roles; effective access is the union of every assigned role. Tenant changes require review and dual-channel verification.

Sensitive permissions are separate
Bank details, VAT/legal entity changes, complete database exports, impersonation, API secrets, high-value refunds and completed-booking overrides are not granted through this basic matrix. They remain separately protected capabilities under the V2 security programme.
